🗓️ Do I need to fill out any forms before training? Yep — just one. It’s a quick health questionnaire required by the gym (aka the boring but necessary bit). If it’s your first time with Hola Strength, you will find a link to the form in the event confirmation email.After that you don't have to do it ever again, unless something notable changes.

🔁 Can I reschedule a standalone session? Yes — once. If you cancel with at least 24h notice, you can reschedule your session within 15 days of the original booking date. One move per session. After that? It’s locked in or lost.More onto this below 👇

One-Off Sessions: 24h Reschedule Policy - 🔁 Changed your mind? You’ve got one shot.Life happens — I get it. That’s why every one-off session includes one free reschedule, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.Here’s how it works:✅ 24h+ notice → You can reschedule once, for free.
❌ Less than 24h notice? Sorry, that’s a no-show — and the session is lost.
🔁 Reschedule limit → You only get one reschedule per session. Miss that second slot? You’ll need to book again.

🔄 What if you (Seb) cancel a session?If you booked a standalone session: You’ll get a refund or one reschedule, valid up to 30 days from your original booking. But let’s keep it clear — you don’t get a second move after that.This policy keeps things fair, firm, and focused — like your training should be..If you’re on a subscription plan: You’ll be offered a reschedule within your current month. I’ll do my best to slot you in quickly, and your session won’t be lost. No refund is needed — because you’re still getting what you paid for.I rarely cancel — but if I do, I’ll always make it fair.

🛑 Once booked, your session won’t be moved. I keep my calendar updated and flexible — but you need to act early.
If you delay and your ideal times disappear? That’s on you 😄

🔒 Booking Policy (Don’t Skip This) When you sign up for Hola Strength, you’re not buying gym time — you’re buying coaching, programming, and focus built around you. So let’s be clear:Your session = YOUR session
No cousin, no mate, no random Tinder date
No shared links, fake names, or “just this once” sneak-ins
If this happens, I cancel the session. No refund. No exceptions.Why? Because this isn’t a class — it’s coaching. Personalised. Tailored. Focused. If I design your training and someone else shows up? That’s not fair to either of us.

💡 Thinking of Starting a Subscription? Before you dive in, a few important things to know:📆 Subscriptions don’t include refunds if our calendars don’t align. Please check my current booking hours before signing up — I’d rather you train consistently than get frustrated.👣Most clients start with a smaller plan (like 4 sessions/month) to test how well our schedules match. 🚫 Emergency or not — no refunds. You booked a time. That time became unavailable to others. Whether it’s a sore ankle or your boss calling you in — the slot’s taken. That’s what you paid for.
✅ If I cancel? Then you get options: full refund or a reschedule with top priority. Simple, fair, and fast.👉 For Subscriptions:
❌ No refunds once you’ve paid. Your subscription unlocks a full month of access — whether you use it or not. That’s part of what makes this coaching, not a casual drop-in.
🚑 Got injured? Life got spicy? No stress — you won’t be locked into next month. But mid-cycle refunds aren’t offered. You’re committing to four weeks of structure, not a “maybe” plan.🤔 Still figuring it out? That’s why most people start with the 4-session plan. It’s the lowest cost of entry, and gives you space to test if our schedules and style match. From there, you can always upgrade.

💬 SUBSCRIPTION-ONLY TERMS

📌 How do subscriptions work?1. Pick a plan: 4, 8, or 12 sessions/month
2. Pay the setup fee once (non-refundable)
3. Get access to your private booking calendar
4. Book sessions based on your plan’s priority window
5. Use all sessions within 30 days of each payment — no rollovers

🧾 What’s the setup fee? Subscription plans include a one-time setup fee. It unlocks:✅ Access to your private booking calendar
✅ Priority scheduling (based on your tier)
✅ Ongoing support, session tracking, and progress tools
The fee is non-refundable, but you only pay it once — no repeats, no renewals.Why? Because onboarding you properly takes time and care. This fee filters out time-wasters and covers the real setup behind your plan. If you’re serious, it’s a no-brainer investment.

Booking calendar access closes if your payment fails or your plan ends.Why such policies? Because when everyone books responsibly, nobody gets boxed out. These limits keep things fair for all members — and stop calendar chaos before it starts.

💳 Can I use all my sessions in the first week? Nice try 😏 — subscriptions are capped weekly so you actually train consistently (not burn out in una semana).
– 4-session plan → up to 1 per week
– 8-session plan → up to 2 per week
– 12-session plan → up to 3 per week
If you book more, I’ll have to cancel it — not because I’m malo, but because consistency beats chaos.I’d rather see you progress week after week than disappear after a single loco sprint.

💳 I ran out of sessions—now what?
- Upgrade anytime. I’ll prorate the difference and immediately upgrade you to the next tier (most clients do this).
- Just need a one-off? Book a stand-alone session for £60.

⏱️ How to make the most of your sessions:
Example 1:
You’re on a 4-session plan and want one session per week.
You’ll only see 15 days ahead — so set a phone reminder every 2 weeks to book before your favourites disappear.
Example 2:
You’re on the 12-session plan and want to book 3 per week.
Block out your sessions early — you’ve got the widest calendar view.

🔁 What’s a Flex Move? Your reschedule token — only available to subscription members. Use it when life happens, and you need to shift a session without losing it.Plan Flex / Moves Per Cycle

🕓 What counts as a Flex Move?
-Cancelling or rescheduling within 24h of your session.

-Changing or cancelling a session with 24h+ notice — totally fine.
-Reschedules caused by me — I’ll never charge you for that.
Once you’ve used all your Flex Moves:

Once you’ve paid:

Why the delay? Because I set everything up manually. That way, your plan matches your access, and your coaching starts on the right foot. No bots. No copy-paste service.

🩹 What if I break my leg? 😬
If something serious happens — injury, surgery, family crisis, you name it — I’ll pause or refund your subscription based on the situation. Just email me directly.
Why? Because I coach people, not robots. If you’re committed and something hits the fan, we’ll handle it with fairness and respect. Life happens — let’s deal with it like adults.

🩹 ❄️ La Pausa – Freeze Your Plan 😬
Holidays, business trips, baby turtles hatching in Costa Rica… whatever pulls you away, your gains don’t have to melt.
Who can freeze? Any active subscriber who’s completed at least 1 full month.
How long can I pause? 14 – 56 days (whole weeks).
How many pauses? Max 2 per rolling 12 months.
How do I request it? Email 7 days before (or freeze starts next cycle) your next bill → subject “La Pausa” + dates.
Will I be charged? No. Stripe parks your payments at £0 until the restart date.
Do unused sessions carry over? Nope — fresh block when you’re back. Less maths, more muscle.
Can I change tier & freeze in the same cycle? Choose one adventure: upgrade/downgrade OR pause. Not both at once.
What if I book during a pause? I’ll cancel the slot (con cariño) to keep it fair.
Back early? Email “DESCONGELAR” — I’ll un-pause within 24 h.
TL;DR: Two freezes a year, 2–8 weeks each, 7-day notice, no extra fees. Easy peasy, con un poquito de hielo. Vamos fuerte — even when life hits pause.

🌴 If Seb Goes on Holiday (aka “Oye, ¿y mi sesión qué?”) Every now and then, your coach needs a break too — preferably somewhere sunny, with tapas, a bit of sunburn, and no gym in sight. If Seb takes time off (because descanso is essential, cariño), here's how it works:1. You do NOT lose your sessions.2. Your Stripe subscription continues as normal. You’ll still be charged your monthly plan on the usual date.3. Any missed session caused by Seb’s holiday will be rolled forward — so you can make it up later in the same month or the next. No loss, just delay.4. You’ll be given advanced notice of the dates, with time to reschedule if needed.5. These rollovers are only valid if Seb cancels — not if you miss a session. We love balance, no te aproveches 😉🧪 Example: Let’s say your 8-session plan renews on April 1st. Halfway through April, Seb goes on holiday for one week and misses 2 of your sessions. No pasa nada — you’ll still get your 8 total sessions. You just roll those 2 forward into late April or early May. Easy.You’re not paying for nothing. You're just pausing a rep — and coming back stronger when I do.Because even your trainer needs a siesta sometimes.

📤 What if I want to cancel a subscription? You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or surprise fees. You’ll still have full access to the sessions you’ve already paid for — until the current 30-day period ends.Why? Because this isn’t a gym contract from 2004. If you need to pause or move on, that’s your right — no guilt, no games. Just cancel before renewal and we’re good.

🚫 Booking Access = Active MembershipYour private booking link is just that — yours, and only while your subscription is active. Once your billing cycle ends or you cancel, access is paused automatically.Any sessions booked after your plan expires may be cancelled — no hard feelings, just keeping things fair for everyone.
Please don’t share your link or try to book under someone else’s name. It’s not a loophole, it’s a no-go.
We keep it simple, structured, and personal — so let’s keep it clean.
